Mintron™Cameras: Sentry Security Systems Inc. is proud to distribute Mintron™ CCTV security cameras. Mintron™ is a major and long established manufacturer of CCTV security cameras and produce a wide range of CCTV camera products. We have chosen to concentrate on the advanced "K", "V", "W" and "X" series. All "K", "V", "W" and "X" series CCTV security cameras utilize Mintron's unique state-of-the-art 20MIPS DSP (Digital Signal Processing) chip. These Mintron™ DSP chips have astonishing power and functions and provide a level of technology that was previously only available on Broadcast Grade security cameras.

Features include:

• Light Sensitivity: As low as 0.1 Lux for excellent low light operations, in color
• Extended Dynamic Range: 750mV dynamic range provides better resolution of dark and bright image areas in the same field of view
• Signal to Noise (S/N) Ratio: A high 60dB S/N provides clearer video images
• Zero Color Rolling: No color rolling even under fluorescent lights
• Adaptive Edge Enhancement: Improved visual resolution providing a 470 TV Line quality image from a 380 TV Line image (unique AEE circuit)
• On Screen Display (OSD): 5 Button control OSD for easy function control (63K3, 63W1 and 62V2H)
• Digital Zoom: Up to 2X by OSD control, or hard switch
• Digital Automatic Gain Control (AGC): In addition to analog AGC. Provides increased signal strength without additional noise

When combined with advanced CCD imaging chips from Sony™ and Panasonic™, the 20MIPS DSP chips provide, in our opinion, the most advanced CCTV security cameras available today - and at prices that are highly competitive with other, less advanced CCTV security cameras.

In order to find high quality but less expensive CCTV security cameras we spent over a year researching many manufacturers and then spent over a month actually visiting the best of them. We were able to narrow our prospective manufacturers down, based on product quality, product performance, product types, technical capability, R&D, manufacturing capability, quality control and financial stability. Our relationship with these companies allows us to have CCTV security cameras manufactured to our specifications, specifically tailored to produce optimum video quality on Sentry V, LE, and RP Series DVRs.The Sentry line of CCTV security cameras also fills holes in our Mintron product line. Longer range IR weatherproof cameras; true day/night color/B&W cameras and weatherproof, vandal resistant dome cameras are just some of the Sentry CCTV cameras that we offer. As customer requirements demand, we will continue to add additional Sentry cameras into our product line.In addition to stationary CCTV security cameras, we also offer the Sentry line of PTZ cameras. These cutting edge cameras offer a level of intelligence only previously available in very expensive up-line units. Sentry PTZ cameras are available in indoor and outdoor versions, including day/night models, some of our PTZ cameras feature Auto-Tracking.
